Our BootCamp class runs 6 separate daily sessions, with a focus on Hi Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.), using mainly body weight resistance and light kettlebell work. The workouts focus on burning fat, improving endurance and overall strength. Each class begins with a warm-up, a demonstration of the movements and is fully supervised by one of our trainers/coaches. There are no pre-requisites for this course and ALL fitness levels are welcome! You may begin at any time.
