I began coaching in September of 2012. I’ve dabbled in a lot of areas of fitness…swim team and soccer through high school, short stint with crew at Villanova, seven years and counting of co-ed touch football, participated in many short and long distance races which culminated into running my first (and last) marathon in 2012. I was never that super star athlete, but I have always had a love for being fit, pushing myself to do my best and being part of a team…which is why CrossFit has been a perfect match for me.
I have been training under Dave since January of 2010, best birthday present I ever gave myself. I am a proud member of the 5:45 AM crew and am a stickler for nutrition and proper form.
CrossFit works for me like nothing has before and I am excited to share the knowledge, skills and benefits with anyone who will listen. I may push you harder than you think is right, but only because I won’t let you settle for less than your best. So much is possible with the amazing programming and overall support crew we have at CFMY/2 St, it is my job as a coach to help you really see your potential and I love every minute of it.
