The first step in getting started with CrossFit is to complete an OnRamp Course. The course offers a one to one setting that enables us to minimize distractions and allows the coach to pay maximum attention to your individual needs. In the On-Ramp Course, you will learn how to perform the fundamental CrossFit movements safely and effectively, ensuring a seamless transition into the group workouts after completing your the course.
