Every class includes customized workouts combining strength and metabolic conditioning. This type of training allows for a wide variety of exercises that work every muscle group and fosters improvement.
It's More than sit ups
Boot Camp
All classes include a bootcamp workout option. Here we replace complex Olympic lifts of the CrossFit workout with similar body weight or light weight movements.
Utilizing the same muscle groups and intensity while meeting you at your potential skill level. These workouts are infinitely scalable.

New to CrossFit or functional training? Our Beginner Fundamentals program is the perfect place to start.
Designed for those looking to build confidence and master the basics, this program focuses on proper movement mechanics, lifting techniques, and workout strategies in a supportive, small-group setting.

barbell club
Ready to lift heavy and refine your technique? Barbell club at 2 St. is built for athletes looking to master Olympic weightlifting and strength training. This add-on class runs 12 weeks and is offered twice a year.
Whether you're working on your snatch, clean & jerk, or powerlifting fundamentals, our expert coaches provide structured programming and personalized feedback to help you get stronger, more powerful, and more confident under the bar.

This plan allows you to attend 12 classes each month. You can load up in one week or spread them out.
